Lake Atitlán, Guatemala
December 1st - 8th, 2024
Join Drew Rambo and Cassie Padula for a yoga retreat at Lomas De Tzununá, atop a beautiful hillside overlooking the expanse of Lake Atitlán. Lomas offers panoramic views of the surrounding volcanic peaks, creating a breathtaking backdrop for an experience of self-exploration and balance.
Fire symbolizes discipline and intensity, sparking our passions. Water embodies adaptability and fluidity, serene in motion and tranquil in its calm. We all navigate these elements' balance throughout our lives. Lake Atitlán formed within the caldera of a volcano 84,000 years ago, and this is the perfect backdrop for fostering this equilibrium as the foundation of our retreat.
At the "Fire & Water" retreat, expect to find inner balance and peace through yoga, meditation, and mindful activities. Together, we’ll explore how passionate energy (fire) and serene emotional calmness (water) interact, aiming to strengthen resilience and emotional flexibility. With plenty of time for rejuvenation and play, you will leave revitalized, grounded, and ready for the year ahead.

I’m a Nurse Anesthetist and I’ve worked in healthcare for over 15 years. My mission is caring for others, and when I’m not in the operating room I am constantly seeking ways to regulate my nervous system and creatively share those gifts with the world.
Part of my journey included completing my 200 hr RYT in 2020, and since then, I have been teaching various classes in Detroit. I strongly believe that we all require moments to pause, reflect, and connect; to breathe deeply and move with intention. I am thrilled to share the wonder and inspiration of Lake Atitlán with all of you.
